Here are some uncommon amazing facts:

1.    At an interview for the post of watchmen, liftmen and sweepers for Calcutta University, out of 400 applicants, 250 applicants were graduates and 15 had post graduate degrees.

2.    According to a British research on 150 business enterprises and over 4000+ employees, an employee waste an hour a day sending and receiving emails.

3.    As per  Merit Trac-Services, Bangalore, out of 100,000+ MBA graduates annually from 1400+ B-schools across India, only 23% are worth employing.

4.    Life Insurance Corporation has 1.26 million agents and more than 114,000 employees.

5.    Bihar has sacked 15,000 teachers who were working on fake certificates.

9.    Lijjat Papad which started its journey with a mere Rs.80 as capital, now employees more than 4000 women.

10.    There are 65,000+ registered sex workers in Durbar Mahila Samanya Committee, Kolkata.

11.    Ben Southall of England has been selected over 35,000 applicants to relax in the Great Barrier Reef on Hamilton Island. His actual job is to write blogs and promote the area.

12.    The potential value of each employee of Infosys is Rs.97 lacks annually.

13.    Workers at the Ashok Leyland plant came up with 1,586 innovative ideas within six months to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
